- 2012 Outdoor All-Big 12 (4x100m)
IndoorTrack- Ran two meets during the indoor season...Kicked off the year with the Missouri Invitational, where she placed 3rd with the 4x400m team, 10th in the 400m, and 5th in the 60m dash...Ran her season's best in the 60m dash at the Kentucky Rod McCravy Memorial Meet, crossing in 7.81...Also raced in the 200m and 4x400m at the Rod McCravy Meet
Outdoor Track- Started the season at home with the Missouri Relays, where she took 1st-2nd-3rd in the 4x100m, 100m, and 200m, respectively...Ran a new PR in the 200m at the Ole Miss Invitational, placing 7th in 24.30...Ended the season at the SEC Championships, where she placed 7th with the 4x100m team, and 11th on the 4x400m team
Indoor Track- Lauren earned a new personal-record in the 60m dash during the indoor season, running a 7.71 at the MU Collegiate Challenge to win the event...She also competed in the long jump, 200m, and 4x400m throughout the season...Earned a season-best mark of 5.46m (17-11) in the long jump at the MU KU Border Dual to take third place...Ran a season-best of 25.46 in the 200m at the Big 12 Championships...Also competed in the 60m and 4x400m at the Championships, just missing out on an All-Big 12 honor in the 4x400m with a ninth place finish.
Outdoor Track- Competed primarily in the 100m, 200m and 4x100m during the outdoor season, earning a new personal-record in the 100m at the Big 12 Championships, where she ran 12.10 in the preliminary round...Lauren earned an All-Big 12 honor after helping the 4x100m team to a seventh place finish with a final time of 46.76...Just missed out on another All-Big 12 honor in the 4x400m, after the team finished ninth with a time of 3:45.71...Was part of the sixth place sprint medley relay team at the Drake Relays...Earned a season-best time of 24.70 in the 200m preliminary round at the Big 12 Championships.
Indoor Track- Ran primarily in the sprints for the Tigers during the indoor season and set a personal-best in the 400m dash, clocking in at 59.29 at the Bill Bergan Invitational, placing 11th ... Also ran in the 200m dash and clocked a season-best time of 25.99, also coming at the Bill Bergan Invitational where she placed sixth.
Outdoor Track- Set a pair of personal-bests in the 100m and 200m dash during the outdoor season ... Her PR in the 100m came at the Indiana Invitational where she ran a time of 12.29 en-route to a fourth-place finish ... Her personal-best in the 200m dash came at the Tom Botts Invitational where she was paced at 24.61, earning fourth in the event ... Ran as a member of the Tigers' 4x100m and 4x400m relay teams at the Big 12 Championships, just missing All-Big 12 honors in both events ... The 4x100m relay earned ninth overall at 47.48 while the 4x400m team clocked in at 3:49.32 to take 11th overall.
Lauren competed at Rock Bridge HS for coach Neal Blackburn...Broke school records in the 100m and 400m...Recognized as the Female Scholar-Athlete of the Year (2006), the Most Valuable Female Sprinte (2008-2010), and the Columbia Missourian Top 5 Girl Athletes of the Year (2009)...She was the the District Champion in the 100m dash, 4x100m, 4x200m, and 4x400m (2009)...Was also Sectional Champion in the 100m (2009)...At the MSHSAA State Championships, Lauren was sixth in the 100m (2009)...In 2010, Lauren was District Champion in the 400m and runner-up in the 100m and 200m...She was also Sectional Champion in the 400m and runner-up in the 100m
