His season-best marks in both events came in his final competition of the indoor season - the Missouri Collegiate Challenge ... Ran in the 60m hurdles on three separate occasions during the indoor season and posted a season-best time of 9.16 in the event. Outdoor: Competed at the Tom Botts Invitational and turned in a long jump mark of 5.98m (19-7 ½) and a triple jump mark of 13.49m (44-3 ¼) ... Also competed on one of the Tigers' 4x400m relays at the meet, helping the foursome run a time of 3:22.68.

High School:
Was a varsity letterwinner in track and field in 2008 and 2009 and earned varsity letters in football from 2007-2009 at Waynesville High School ... Led his track and field team to a conference championship in 2009 and led the Waynesville football team to a Class 5A MSHSAA Championship in 2008 ... Holds personal-bests of 6.62m (21-9) in the long jump and 13.71m (45-0) in the triple jump ... Member of National Honors Society and a member of the honor roll.

Born on Sept. 7, 1991, to Marcus and Donna Ferguson in Stutgart, Germany ... Plans to major in broadcast journalism while at Mizzou and has hopes of working at either CNN or ESPN.
