Indoor: Reset her personal-bests in the 600-yard run and the 400m dash during the indoor season and was an All-Big 12 honoree as part of the Tigers' 4x400m relay team that finished eighth at the Big 12 Championships with a time of 3:47.29 ... Earned ninth place at the Big 12 Championships in the 600-yard run with a time 1:22.81, just one spot shy of earning All-Big 12 honors ... Won the 600-yard run at the Collegiate Challenge with a time of 1:23.13 ... Ran as a member of the Tigers' 4x400m relay team that took first at the Bill Bergan Invitational with a time of 3:47.84 ... Also ran in the 400m dash at the meet, clocking in at 56.62, taking second overall. Outdoor: NCAA Championship Final Round qualifier in the 400m hurdles with a personal-best clocking of 58.22, which is also a school record in the event ... She set her personal-best in that event at the Big 12 Championships en-route to a fifth-place finish at the Big 12 Championships, earning All-Big 12 honors ... She ended her season with a No. 22 finish in the 400m hurdles at the NCAA Championships with a time of 58.94.

2010:
Indoor:
Earned All-Big 12 honors in the women's 600-yrad run and as a member of the 4x400m relay team with fifth and sixth-place finishes in each event, respectively ...Earned All-Big 12 honors in the 600-yard run at the Big 12 Championships ... Helped the 4x400m relay team clock a season-best mark of 3:41.33 en-route to its sixth-place finish at the Big 12 Championships ... Ran in the 400m dash throughout the season as well and posted a season-best time of 55.51 at the Missouri Collegiate Challenge ... Ran in the 400m dash at the ISU Last Chance Meet and clocked in at 57.58 ... Clocked a season-best time of 9.09 in the 60m hurdles and 2:12.79 in the 800m at the Missouri Invitational. Outdoor: Reset her own school record in the 400m hurdles six times during the outdoor season and was an NCAA First Round qualifier and All-Big 12 honoree in the event as she lowered her personal-best from 1:00.44 to 58.92 during the season ... Finished sixth at the Big 12 Championships with a then school-record time of 59.30 in the event finals, earning All-Big 12 honors ... Also ran as a member of the 4x100m and 4x400m relay teams that each finished sixth at the Big 12 Championships, earning two additional All-Big 12 honors ... Came back to once again reset the school-record at the NCAA First Round, clocking a time of 59.02 in the preliminary heat and then 58.92 in the finals, leaving her just four spots shy of qualifying for the final round in Eugene, Ore. ... Ran as a member of the sprint medley relay at the Drake Relays and at the Kansas Relays, helping Mizzou take home the overall team title at Kansas ... Was named to the Academic All-Big 12 team and was a CoSIDA Academic All-District second team selection as she compiled a cumulative grade-point-average of 3.97.


2009:
Indoor:
Finished fifth at the Big 12 Indoor Championships in the 600-yard run with a time of 1:21.76, a personal-best time ... Clocked additional season-best times of 9.26 in the 60m hurdles at the Missouri Invite and 57.01 in the 400m dash at the Big 12/SEC Challenge, placing ninth. Outdoor: NCAA Mideast Regional qualifier ... Set a personal-best time of 56.55 in the 400m dash at the Jefferson Cup dual ... Set season-bests of 15.54 and 1:00.44 in the 100m hurdles and 400m hurdles, respectively, on the season as well.

High School:
A 12-time All-State performer for MSHSAA Class 4 Jefferson City HS ... helped her team in relays and individual hurdle events to state team championship in each of her four years ... was state champ in the 100-meter hurdles (14.81) ... voted as the "Athlete the Contributed Most in their Career" ... was also a four-year letterwinner in tennis ... high school PRs - 100mH, 14.76; 300mH, 44.2h, 400mH, 57.31 ... high school coach - Dennis Licklider.
