Competed at Seneca HS for coach Mechthild Ferguson...Helped his team to a Sectional title in 2009 and a first place finish at the 2011 Irish Invitational...As an individual, Drake broke school records in the 110m hurdles, 300m hurdles, and 200m...He was a seven-time Irish Invitational Champion...Was the Illinois Prep Top Times Indoor 55m hurdles champion (2011) and was All-State in the 300m hurdles (2009)...High School bests are 14.44 (110m hurdles), 39.7 (300m hurdles), and 22.08 (200m).
