Outdoor: All-Big 12 in the 10k for the second year in a row (31:36) ... also ran the 5000-meter and 1500m during the season.
Indoor: Did not compete.
2002:
Cross Country: Placed 59th at conference championships ... finished 15th at the Missouri Cross Country Challenge.
Outdoor: All-Big 12 in the 10,000m, with fifth-place finish (30:18.88) ... had a personal-best time in the 5000m at the Stanford Invitational with his time of 14:26.50.
Indoor: Redshirt season.
2001:
Cross Country: Finished second on the team and 89th overall at the NCAA Regionals his freshman year ... scored a top 15 finish at the J.K. Gold Classic.

AAU cross country All-American on the national championship team (2001) ... school record holder in the 5000m (15:31) and the 3200m (9:16.23).
