2008:
Indoor: (as of 3/11) NCAA qualifier for the second-consecutive year in the men's weight throw ... marked season's best of 68-1½ (20.77m) in winning the Cyclone National Qualifer to qualify for the national meet ... placed third at the Big 12 Indoor with the weight for the second-straight year and in the top five for the third- straight ... became a six-time All-Big 12 performer with an additional fifith-place league showing with the shot, marking season's best 56-2¼ (17.13m) ... winner of the Kansas Invitational shot put.

2007:
Outdoor: NCAA regional qualifier in the hammer throw for third-straight season, placing seventh this time, having season's best of 202-11 (61.87m) at the Butler Twilight ... placed ninth at the Big 12 Championships in the shot put (52-8¼, 16.06m) ... had season best shot put mark of 53-½ (16.17m) at the Arizona State Invitational ... honored as a second-team CoSIDA Academic All-American ... also named to the Big 12's Spring "Good Works" Team ... placed seventh and tenth at the Kansas and Drake Relays, respectively.

Indoor: Earned All-American honors in the weight throw, placing ninth at the NCAA Indoor Championships with career-best 68-5¾ (20.87m) toss ... scored twice for the Tigers at the Big 12 Indoor Championships, scoring third in the weight throw and eighth in the shot put ... earned career best in the shot with 56-8 (17.27m) put in winning the Missouri Invitational ... winner of the MU All-Comers weight throw, Gene Edmonds Cup weight throw, and Big 12-Mountain West Challenge shot put (4 titles overall).

2006:
Outdoor: NCAA Regional qualifier with both shot put and hammer throw ... placed ninth in the regional with the hammer throw, marking 196-0 ... earned All-Big 12 honors with fourth-place conference finish, throwing hammer 202-4 (61.68m) ... had four meets over 200 feet with hammer ... 13th at Big 12 Championships with shot put ... captured personal best with hammer of 206-4 (62.90m) at Tom Botts Invite ... grabbed personal best with the shot at Missouri Relays with 55-9¾ (17.01m) toss. Indoor: Earned first career All-Big 12 honors with a fifth-place finish in the weight throw at the Big 12 Indoor Championships (65-8¼, 20,02m), as part of a Mizzou 4-5-6-7 sweep of the event ... threw over 65 feet in three meets, earning his personal best at the Cyclone Qualifier with a 65-11½ (20.10m) heave ... improved PR in the weight throw by three feet during the season, and was one of Tigers during season to earn NCAA-provisional qualifying marks ... winner of the Missouri Invitational weight-throw event (64-10, 19.76m), second at the Meyo Invite (65-1, 19.84m) ... had a season-best throw of 53-11 with the shot put at the Wildcat Invitational.

2005:
Outdoor: Earned NCAA regional marks in both the shot put and hammer throw ... had personal-best put at the Big 12 Championships with an impressive 54-7½ mark for the freshman, coming in 13th in the tough field at the conference meet ... was 12th in the conference meet with the hammer (181-4) ... personal-best with the hammer came at the Tom Botts Invitational (186-8) ... placed 22nd with the shot and 21st with the hammer at the regional championships ... also threw discus twice ... USTCA All-Academic award winner.
