Outdoor: Earned All-Big 12 honors as part of eighth-place Mile relay team at conference championships ... ran a season-best 400m time of 56.70 at the Tom Botts Invitational.
Indoor: Captured a new indoor personal best in the 400-meter dash with a fourth-place 58.38 clocking ... part of winning 4x400-meter relay team at the Missouri Invitational.
2005:
Outdoor: All-Big 12 with seventh-place 4x400-meter relay team ... ran seasonal best 400-meter race at the Big 12 Championships with a 56.86 clocking, earning 16th at the Big 12s.
Indoor: Ran a huge personal best in the 400-meter run at the Meyo Invitational, clocking 58.49, shaving just over six-tenths of a second from her previous best ... placed 11th at the Big 12 Indoor in the 600-yard run, clocking 1:25.73 ... also ran on five 4x400-meter relay teams, taking first at the Northern Iowa Invitational ... placed second at the Missouri All-Comers in the 400-meter ... was third at the MU-KU-KSU Triangular at 600 yards.
2004:
Outdoor: Earned two All-Big 12 honors with sixth-place finishes with the 4x100- and 4x400-meter relays ... was also on winning 4x400 relay team at the Nebraska Quadrangular ... season best in the 400-meter came at the Nebraska Quad (56.08).
Indoor: Primarily ran the 600-yard race ... placed 11th at the Big 12 Championships ... won the 600-yard at the Husker Invitational with a time of 1:24.72 ... placed second at the Tiger Classic and Missouri Invitational ... earned All-Big 12 honors with the 4x400-meter relay team with fifth-place finish.
2003:
Outdoor: Ran the 400-meter dash in five meets ... broke personal best by just under three seconds at the Ward Haylett Invitatonal (56.81).
Indoor: Ran a majority of the time in the 600-yard race ... best time of season came at the Iowa State Invitaional (1:25.99).
High School:
Ten-time state champion... two-time state champion in the 200m, 400m, and as a member of the 4x200 meter relay team... four-time state champion as a member of the 4x400 meter relay team ... also part of volleyball and basketball teams that won state championships.
