Outdoor: Took ninth at the Big 12 Championships in the discus, throwing for season-best mark of 166-8 (50.82m) ... placed third at the Missouri Relays with the discus ... notched season-best hammer throw of
153-4 (46.75m) at the Missouri Relays.
Indoor: Placed 15th in the weight throw at the Big 12 Indoor Championships ... neared career-best in the hammer throw with season's best throw of 57-1¼ (17.41m) at the Missouri All-Comers.
2006:
Outdoor: NCAA Regional qualifier in the discus, throwing for a personal-best of 180-1 (54.90m) to finish ninth, high above his entry seed ... placed 14th at the Big 12 Championships with the disc ... secured new
personal best in the hammer throw with 170-11 (52.10m) mark at the UCLA Invitational ... placed 12th at the Big 12 Championships with the hammer.
Indoor: Advanced his personal best in the weight throw event to 57-2¾ (17.44m) with a seventh-place heave at the CMSU Open ... had three competitions over 55 feet with the weight ... placed 15th at the Big
12 Indoor with the weight.
2005:
Outdoor: Improved his discus PR by over 22 feet in the season, having his best throw at the Big 12 Championships with a 164-6 (50.14m) measure, placing 13th in a deep field ... had PR at the Missouri Relays
in the hammer throw with a 156-6 swing.
Indoor: Added 11 feet to his personal best in the weight throw, grabbing his best mark at the Iowa State Classic with a 56-3¾ (17.16m) stripe.
2004:
Outdoor: Redshirt season.
Indoor: Threw the 35-pound weight in four meets for the Tigers ... season's best came with a fifth place finish at the Missouri All-Comers meet, throwing for 45-5 (13.84m).
High School:
All-State discus thrower in 2001 and 2002 ... finished second in the Class 4 discus in 2002 ... named to the All-State team in football ... named Vianney High School Athlete of the Year his senior year ... high school
