2008:
Outdoor: Placed third at the Jefferson Cup, dual with Virginia, with a vault of 14-7¼ (4.45m). Indoor: Placed second in the pole vault at the Missouri All-Comers with practical season best of 13-11¼ (4.25m) ... techincally topped that performance with a clearance of 14-1¼ (4.30m) at the Tom Botts Invitational as the vault was held indoors due to weather.
High School:
A three-time All-State competitor in MSHSAA Class 4 in the pole vault ... won the state title during his junior year in 2006 with his prep best clearance of 15-0 (4.57m) ... took fourth in 2007 and fifth in 2005.
