Cross Country: Had his best season with the Tigers during his senior season ... won the Missouri Cross Country Challenge ... was the third Tiger to cross the
finish line at the Roy Griak, placing 55th overall ... earned a seventh place finish at the Bradley Classic with a personal best time of 25:03 ... finished 39th at the Big 12
Championships at 26:05.79 ... followed that with a 69th place finish at the NCAA Midwest Regional.
Outdoor: Took home third at the Botts Invitational in the 5000m with a time of 15:50.74.
Indoor: Topped his previous best by nearly six seconds in the 3000m at the Missouri Invite with a time of 8:54.34 ... Earned runner-up honors in the 5000m at the
Big 12-Mountain West Challenge clocking in at 15:13.55.
2006:
Cross Country: Finished third at the Missouri Cross Country Challenge in September to start the 2006 season on a good note ... Came in 62nd at the Big 12
Championships Oct. 27 ... Set a personal-best 10k time of 32:35.39 at the NCAA Midwest Regional Meet in Minnesota, finishing 57th overall.
Outdoor: Ran a season-best 15:21.21 at 5000 meters at the Missouri Relays.
Indoor: Ran 3000 meters at the MU-KU-KSU Triangular, clocking 9:00.16 ... ran at the Iowa State Classic at 5000 meters with a 15:09.17 clocking.
2005:
Cross Country: Placed 55th at the Big 12 Championships as Tigers' seventh scorer ... improved standing by over 30 places at the NCAA Regional, coming in 57th
wihth 32:49, 10k clocking ... placed fourth at the Missouri Cross Country Challenge ... recorded season-best 8k time at the Notre Dame Invitational with 25:30 mark.
