Indoor: Competed primarily in the 800m run, the 1,000m run and the mile run ... Ran a personal-best time of 4:46.11 in the mile run at the Iowa State Classic, placing 10th overall ... Competed in the 1,000m run at the Missouri Invitational, posting a season-best 3:00.79 and set a season-best in the 800m run at the KU-KU dual meet, clocking in at 2:22.75. Outdoor: Was a staple for the Tigers in the mile, 800m and 1,500m runs during the outdoor season and was an NCAA Mideast Regional qualifier ... Ran a personal-best time of 4:27.44 in the 1,500m run at the John McDonnell Invitational ... Posted a season-best time of 2:17.04 in the 800m run at the Tom Botts Invitational and ran a sub five-minute mile and season-best time of 4:59.60 at the Jefferson Cup.
2008:
Cross Country: Was Mizzou's third scorer at the NCAA Midwest Regional (66th) ... team's fourth finisher at the Big 12 meet (61st) ... ran in all six of squad's races. Outdoor: Was 10th at the Big 12 Championships at 1500 meters (4:40.37) ... ran season's best at the distance at the Arkansas Twilight with a 4:32.98 clocking ... placed sixth at the Drake Relays in the 1500, and was second at the Jefferson Cup dual at Virginia. Indoor: Finished in the top ten in five of the six events she ran in, including an eighth-place finish in the mile at the Big 12 Indoor Championships (4:54.82) to earn All-Big 12 honors ... qualified for the conference final after completing the Mile in the heats with a time of 4:50.66, a personal record ... claimed first place in the Big 12- Mountain West Challenge after running a 4:54.60 mile ... finished in second in the mile in both the Missouri Invitational and the Sykes-Sabok Challenge Cup.
2007:
Cross Country: Started the season strong for the Tigers and has carried that momentum all the way through the season ... set personal records in two races, first at the Vanderbilt Commodore Classic, running the 5K in 18:38.61, then at Bradley, running the 6K in 21:47 ... finished 14th overall at Bradley and 10th at Vanderbilt ... also finished in the top half at the Roy Griak Invitational and at Big 12's where she finished 50th overall with a time of 22:33.10 ... ran a 21:51 at the Midwest Regional placing her 64th overall. Outdoor: Placed 13th at the Big 12 Championships in the 1500-meter run (4:37.50) ... was on Tigers' third-place 4x1600-meter relay squad at the Drake Relays ... ran a personal best 2:14.44 in the 800m at the Arizona State Invitational ... set a personal best in the 1500m at the Arkansas Invitational with a time of 4:32.08 ... Ran with the 4x800m relay team that took first at the Missouri Relays. Indoor: Earned All-Big 12 honors as part of fifth-place Distance Medley Relay squad at the Big 12 Indoor Championships ... Recorded season bests of 5:02.00 in the mile and 3:00.16 in the 1000-meter run.
2006:
Cross Country: Ran in four races throughout her freshman year ... Finished 18th at the Bradley Classic on Oct. 13 (23:10, 6K) ... Finished the Big 12 Championship meet in 79th place and finished 100th of 171 at the Midwest Regionals in Minnesota Nov. 11.
High School:
Three-time All-State performer in cross country at Lafayette High School in Wildwood, Mo. ... finished seventh at the MSHSAA Cross Country Championships her senior year ... 12-time All-State on the track ...
