Jessica Stewart joined the University of Missouri as a graduate assistant with the Total Person Program in the Fall of 2010. She assists Tami Chievous in advising the Men's and Women's basketball teams and softball while working towards a Master's Degree in Health Education and Promotion.
Originally from Strasburg, Colorado, Stewart graduated magna cum laude from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs in December 2008 with a Bachelor's Degree in History and minors in Film Studies and Communications. While at UCCS, Stewart was a four year starter for the Mountain Lion Volleyball Team and was named to the Academic All-Conference team three times. In May 2009 she received the Thomas F. McLaughlin Award for the UCCS Student-Athlete of the Year.
