Meghan Anderson began her career at the University of Missouri in 2007 as the Total Person Program's academic coordinator for the Missouri baseball and football.

Her responsibilities include assisting Tigers with major selection, scheduling, assigning tutors and mentors, interaction with professors and working closely to monitor the student-athletes progress toward graduation.

Anderson comes to Columbia from Texas State University, where she served as the Student Development Specialist for the Bobcats' baseball and track and field teams this past year. In this capacity, she advised and mentored student-athletes and assisted with recruiting visits for potential student-athletes as well.

A native of Omaha, Neb., Anderson holds a Bachelor's in Criminal Justice from the University of Nebraska and a Masters in Recreation and Sports Management from Indiana State. While at Nebraska, Anderson was a four-year starter on the women's soccer team and still holds the record for most games started at 94.
