Sports Medicine Summer Camp
The athletic training staff, led by Director of Sports Medicine, Rex Sharp, at the University of Missouri is proud to announce a Sports Medicine Summer Camp for those interested in a future in athletic training. The camp will be held in the newly renovated Dr. Glenn L. McElroy Sports Medicine Center at the MIZZOU Athletic Training Complex. This state-of-the-art facility will allow the staff to demonstrate new technology, show the latest treatment protocols, and develop a better understanding of the many different focus areas in the field of sports medicine.
Individuals will learn the three phases in athletic training; prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation, through several skill development sessions. Attendees will be able to apply their new knowledge and practice alongside Mizzou staff athletic trainers.
