Athletic Development Office Staff Reorganized

Columbia, Mo. - The University of Missouri Department of Intercollegiate Athletics' fundraising arm - the Tiger Scholarship Fund - has undergone a reorganization in its staff, as announced today by the department.

Ross Bjork has been promoted to Assistant Athletic Director for Development. In his sixth year at Mizzou, Bjork will oversee all fundraising activities for Mizzou Athletics, including the Champions for Life capital campaign, the Tiger Scholarship Fund, and other special fundraising projects.

New to the TSF staff is Mark Ingram, who has been hired as Director of Athletic Development. Ingram will oversee major gift solicitations and coordinate the Champions for Life campaign. He joins the Mizzou staff after spending the previous four years as an Assistant Director of Athletic Development at the University of Tennessee.

John Rasmussen has been promoted from Assistant Director of TSF to Director of TSF, and will handle all aspects of annual giving and TSF donor benefits programs. Rasmussen, who is in his third year at Missouri, will also handle donor relations in St. Louis, Columbia and North Missouri.

Erin McCarthy has been promoted to Assistant Director of Athletic Development, and will handle TSF donor relations in Kansas City, Columbia, and Southwest Missouri. McCarthy is in her second year on staff at Mizzou.

The development office has also recently added Development Associates Krista Danner and Chet Savage to the team. Both newcomers will work with various TSF projects, and will handle donor relations in Columbia.
