"The University of Missouri respectfully submits this report, which depicts a complete and meaningful compliance education program," said Chancellor Brady J. Deaton. "We hope that the committee will find that our rules education program meets the expectations of the NCAA as a valuable violation prevention mechanism."

"Our institution has taken exhaustive steps to ensure that our coaches, staff, student-athletes, and supporters comply with NCAA rules. This report shows that our compliance education program is thorough, and that we are committed to adhering to the bylaws of the NCAA," said Director of Athletics Mike Alden.
