The Mizzou Ticket Office accepts cash, check, credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover) and student charge as payment. Checks are not accepted on game day.
All address changes must be submitted in writing to the Mizzou Ticket Office and can be sent via mail, fax, or at firstname.lastname@example.org. The University of Missouri will not be responsible for mail not received or returned due to an incorrect address.
Lost or misplaced tickets may be replaced. The Mizzou Ticket Office will only replace tickets for the actual ticket holder. If a ticket is misplaced on game day, go to the Mizzou Ticket Office window to obtain a ticket replacement.
All tickets purchased from the Mizzou Ticket Office are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Stadium Entry & Re-entry
Only guests with valid tickets or credentials are permitted into Mizzou Arena. Mizzou Athletics reserves the right to inspect and remove any bag or its contents. Guests will not be allowed to re-enter the facility once they have exited the arena.
All tickets are electronically scanned to verify authenticity. Tickets must be scanned each time a patron enters or exits the stadium. Tickets which have been logged in upon entry cannot be reused by another guest. Patrons assume all risks for tickets purchased through sources other than the Mizzou Athletics Ticket Office.
