Memorial Stadium A-to-Z

ATM MACHINE
An ATM machine is located outside the stadium on the West side near Gate 3. There is an additional ATM machine located on the West concourse of the Hearnes Center.
BAGS
All bags and hand-carried items will be inspected prior to entry into the stadium. Items can be no larger than 16” by 18” by 9”.
CAMERA POLICY
Cameras are restricted in Memorial Stadium; a camera lens must not exceed the width of the camera or have a stand or tripod attached. Video cameras are not permitted. Personal snapshot pocket cameras are allowed in the stadium, however, in no instance may photography interfere with access ways, seat aisles, or other guests’ enjoyment of the game. Note ”Secondary use of any pictures, audio description, film, tape or drawing of the game are the exclusive rights of the NCAA”.
CHAIRBACK RENTAL
For $35 for the season, enjoy the comfort and convenience of a Tiger Chairback. Tiger Chairbacks are thick cushioned, back supporting seats that are permanently installed at your seating location for the season. To order call 573-884-PAWS or 1-800-CAT-PAWS.
     Temporary seat cushion rentals are also available for $5 throughout the East and West Concourses on game day on a first come, first served basis.
     If you wish to bring your own chairback, it may not be larger than the size requirements of 16” by 18” by 9”.
CHILDREN’S ADMISSION/TICKETS
Mizzou Athletics offer complimentary admission to children ages 2 and under, provided they are accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket. These children must sit on a lap and not occupy an additional seat.
CONCESSIONS
Stands are located on the North, East, West and South Concourses. Stands include a variety of menu items and are titled Stadium Diner, Sideline Grill, End Zone Grill, Taste of Missouri and Tiger Treats. COURTESY SHUTTLES
Courtesy Shuttles are available from each lot to the South and East of Memorial Stadium to designated points around the stadium. This service will operate ninety minutes before, during half-time, and one hour after the game. Accessible shuttles will operate between the Hearnes Center Accessible parking area (East side) and Gate 1. Due to the heavy pedestrian traffic flow, courtesy shuttles will not be able to operate to or from the West side of Memorial Stadium.
     Pre-game shuttles are also available from Lot U and Lot X to Gate 1. Lot U and Lot X shuttles will only operate before the game and not after. Look for shuttle pick-up signs at the entrance of your lot.

EXITING THE STADIUM
Guests will leave the facilities via the gates in which they entered. No guests are permitted on the field.
EVACUATION
In case of evacuation, instructions will be given over the public address system. Gate personnel and ushers will assist in directing fans to the appropriate location.
ENTRY GUIDELINES
Only guests with valid tickets or credentials are permitted into Memorial Stadium. Mizzou Athletics reserves the right to inspect and remove any bag or its contents.
ELECTRONIC TICKET SCANNING
All tickets will be electronically scanned to verify authenticity. Tickets must be scanned each time a patron enters or exits the stadium. Tickets which have been logged in upon entry cannot be reused by another guest. Patrons assume all risks for tickets purchased through sources other than the Mizzou Athletics Ticket Office.
FIRST AID
The emergency first aid station is located on the West Concourse below the John J. Lenox Memorial Press Box. Paramedics are also located throughout the stadium on foot. Please contact the nearest Guest Services Booth, security officer or usher for assistance.
GATES
Gates will open 90 minutes prior to game time. Reserved ticket holders may enter at any gate, except for Gate 3E and 4E. It is recommended that guests enter the gate closest to their seat location. Family Fun Pass ticket holders should enter at Gates 6E or 6W. Student ticket holders can only enter through Gates 3E, 4E, 5E and 6E. Tiger Lounge ticket holders and suite holders may enter at John J. Lenox Memorial Press Box, main entrance is located between gate 3W and 5W.
GUEST SERVICES
Guests needing assistance are encouraged to speak with one of our Event Staff representatives or visit one of our Guest Services booths located near section P/Q on the west concourse, RR/SS on the east concourse and near Gate 1 on the north concourse. These booths are staffed to answer questions about a wide variety of services and items including: Lost and Found Items, Lost Guests, Wheelchair service to and from seats, and Convenience items.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
In the event of inclement weather (i.e. dangerous winds, tornado, electrical storm, etc.) all guests will be advised that it is in their best interest to seek shelter. Emergency instructions will be delivered via the public address system and the message boards when possible.
LOST AND FOUND
Lost and found services are maintained at the Guest Services Booths on the East and West concourses during the game. Following the game, found items will be recorded by Mizzou Athletics and delivered to the University of Missouri Police Department. Please call (573) 882-7201 to retrieve your lost item. If you find a misplaced item, please turn it in to the nearest Guest Services booth or Event Staff representative.
LOST GUESTS
Children and adults separated from their parties will be escorted to the nearest Guest Services booth. For assistance in locating a lost member of your party, contact the nearest Event Staff representative or security officer. Both Guest Services booths offer wristbands to children and adults that will identify the seat location should you become separated from your party.
NOVELTIES
The Tiger Team Store is located on the North Concourse and is open from 9:00am through the end of the game. Outside access to the store will be changed to inside access at game time. Also, a Nike tent will be set up inside Gate 1 on the North Concourse with the latest Mizzou Nike merchandise. Additional Missouri apparel and novelty items are available on the East and West Concourses.
PROGRAMS
Game Day programs are sold inside each gate around the main concourse. The cost is $5.
PUBLIC TELEPHONES
Public Pay telephones are located across from the Guest Services booths on the East and West concourses.
RADIO
Tiger Network broadcasts for all Tiger Football games will begin 60 minutes prior to kick off with “The Voice of the Tigers” Mike Kelly, Pre-game host, Gary Link and Howard Richards.
RE-ENTRY
To re-enter the stadium, fans must have their ticket scanned out when they exit the stadium. Tickets can be scanned out from all gates during pre-game and halftime. During the game, fans can go to Gate 1 on the North side of the stadium, Gate 2E and 6E on the East side, and Gates 2W and 6W on the West side to have their ticket scanned out. A valid ticket scan is required for re-admission.
RESTROOMS
Temporary Restrooms are provided in designated parking areas. Stadium restrooms that open to both the concourse and parking areas will be switched from outside access to inside access 15 minutes prior to gates opening. Baby changing stations are available in most restrooms. Individuals needing a private restroom for accessible purposes may use the First Aid room on West concourse under the John J. Lenox Memorial Press Box.
SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted in Memorial Stadium. In order to promote an enjoyable game day experience for everyone, you must leave the stadium through the specified gates, have your ticket scanned out and have your ticket re-scanned to re-enter.
SPORTSMANSHIP
The University of Missouri is committed to promoting a positive environment and safety at all home events. In accordance with NCAA and Big 12 rules, we ask that all fans act responsibly and courteously to those around you. Abusive language or disorderly conduct is unacceptable and unwelcome at Mizzou. Any spectator who interferes with the game by coming onto the field or by throwing objects on the field at any time will be removed from the stadium. Your cooperation is appreciated.
THROWING OF OBJECTS
Throwing of items will not be tolerated. The offender will be removed from the stadium and is subject to arrest. Guests ejected from the stadium/venue will not be refunded for their tickets, and may result in cancellation of tickets. A police officer does not have to see the activity to have the individual removed from Memorial Stadium.
