Mizzou Arena A-Z Quick Reference Guide
All persons must have a ticket for admission into Mizzou Arena except children 2 and under are admitted free (must not take up a seat). Ticket holders are restricted to seating in the location that appears on their ticket and agree to abide by facility and University policies, as well as State and Federal laws. The University of Missouri Department of Intercollegiate Athletics reserves the right to revoke tickets by refund of purchase. All persons entering the arena are subject to search.
No pets or animals of any kind are allowed in MIZZOU Arena with the exception of service animals for impaired or disabled guests.
An ATM machine is located on the North East Concourse of Mizzou Arena.
The following items are prohibited in the arena: alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, firearms, backpacks, artificial noise makers, baby strollers-Car Seats, laser lights, food and beverages.
- All persons are subject to search.

- Spirit banners, flags, or signs that are bigger then 2 ½ X 3 and considered to be improper will be removed and confiscated by game management. The use of poles to display these items is prohibited. Signs/flags and banners can not be affixed to any part of the facility.
- Patrons will not be allowed to re-enter the facility once they have exited the arena.
- Smoking is only permitted outside in designated areas.
- No soliciting is allowed in arena or near the entrances of Mizzou Arena.
- All persons must have a ticket for admission into Mizzou Arena. Children 2 and under do not need a ticket for men's or women's basketball.
BAG SEARCH POLICY
Appropriate sized bags and other permitted items will be checked prior to entering the arena. Please see the "Arena Policies" section for items that are not permitted in the arena.

Video cameras and point-and shoot cameras are not permitted inside Mizzou Arena. The use of these images is prohibited due to media contracts which grant them exclusive rights to any multimedia within Mizzou Arena. Additionally the use of these electronics is a distraction to student athletes and game officials.
CHECKING OF ITEMS
University of Missouri does not provide a check item service at the doors for items not allowed in MIZZOU Arean. The University of Missouri Department of Intercollegiate Athletics will not be responsible for any item left at the doors. It is recommended that individuals return items not allowed in the arena to their vehicle. Please see the "Arena Policies" section for items that are not permitted in the arena.
Concession stands are located throughout Mizzou Arena (ground and main concourse levels). These concession stands will open at the same time patrons are allowed to enter the arena.
Mizzou Arena is open 1½ hours prior to start of men's basketball and 1 hour prior to the start of women's basketball.
The elevator located in the southeast corner of Mizzou Arena is for the general public to access the event level of the arena. The elevator located on the southwest main concourse level of the Mizzou Arena is Handicap Accessible.
First Aid Room is located on the northwest corner of Mizzou Arena on the main concourse. For assistance in any medical emergency, individuals need to contact an usher or the nearest MU Police Officer.
Individuals who have floor seating on Tiger Row need to be aware of the potential danger of being injured by players on the floor. Please pay attention to the game activity while the basketball is in play. Improper behavior or abusive language toward visiting team members or game officials may result in being removed from the arena.
LOST AND FOUND
The lost and found is located in the Guest Services Room on the main concourse level. All items that have been turned over to arena personnel, police, or safety will be taken to the Guest Service Room. Items not picked up by the end of the game will be turned over to the University of Missouri Department of Intercollegiate Athletics. Individuals who have lost items need to contact the University of Missouri Department of Intercollegiate Athletics during working hours (8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday) at 573/882-6502.
Parents/guardians with a lost child should contact an usher or an MU Police Officer to notify them that their child is missing. Measures will be taken to locate the child. If a child gets separated from his/her party, he/she should notify the nearest police or event staff member. If the child knows his/her seat location, attempts will be made to return that child to that location.
The public address system is used for game related information and emergency announcements only. No message will be made unless an emergency is present. Requests for emergency messages need to be presented to an University of Missouri Department of Intercollegiate Athletics Representative.
Appropriate parking passes must be displayed to gain admittance into The University of Missouri Department of Intercollegiate Athletics Reserved parking lots. Parking pass needs to be hung on the rear view mirror of the vehicle while it is parked in the designated lot. Anyone parking in a designated parking lot without a valid parking pass could have their vehicle towed at the owner's expense.
PARKING-GENERAL PUBLIC LOTS
All lots not included in the permit only areas or otherwise controlled under the authorization of the MU Parking and Transportation shall be open for general parking unless otherwise controlled or restricted by MU Parking and Transportation.
To qualify for handicap parking, you must display a valid state handicap parking permit. Handicap parking is first come, first serve basis. You must present your state-issued handicap parking permit upon entering the lot. The holder of the permit must be in the vehicle upon entry. Handicap parking for both men's and women's basketball games are located in Lot O.
MU Basketball can be heard throughout the state on the Tiger Network. The game can be heard inside Mizzou Arena on KCMQ-FM 96.7 or KTGR-AM 1580. For a full list of Tiger Network affiliates, refer to this page.
Mizzou Arena has a no re-entry policy.
SPECIAL SEATING REQUIREMENTS
Fans requiring special seating, such as wheelchair and attendant seating need to contact the Ticket Office at 573-884-7297 or 1-800-CAT-PAWS. All handicapped accessible seating is reserved and is located on the concourse for men's. Patrons using these seats must have a ticket for these seats. If they do not have a ticket for this area, the individual must go to the main ticket office. Women's basketball handicapped accessible seating is available in a reserved section or general admission which is available on a first come first serve basis.
THROWING OF ITEMS
Throwing of any items is prohibited, and may result in eviction and/or prosecution.
The MU Athletic Department Ticket Office, located in the northwest corner of Mizzou Arena, and is open Monday-Friday (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).
TICKET OFFICE WILL-CALL
"Will Call" tickets are distributed from the main ticket office. The person picking up the tickets must be authorized (listed) by the owner of the tickets and must present a photo ID in order to receive the tickets. "Will Call" tickets may be picked up from the main Ticket Office location at Mizzou Arena from 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. (Monday-Friday). For week-end games the ticket office will open windows two (2) hours prior to the start of a men's game and 1 hour prior to the start of a women's game.
Will Call tickets left for the HOME teams fans of a men's or women's basketball student athlete or coach can be picked up at the MU Ticket office's main ticket office window.
Will Call tickets left for the VISITING teams fans of a men's or women's basketball student athlete or coach can be picked up by entering the doors labeled MISSOURI BASKETBALL on the main entrance to Mizzou Arena
Will Call for High Schools: High Schools that have completed the appropriate paperwork per SEC and NCAA guidelines may enter the doors labeled MISSOURI BASKETBALL on the main entrance to Mizzou Arena.
If patrons have ticket problems prior to game day, they need to go to the MU Athletic Ticket Office located at Mizzou Arena. If a ticket holder forgets or misplaces his/her ticket(s) on game day, the patron must go to the MU ticket office windows and obtain a ticket replacement. Only the actual ticket holder may request the ticket replacement.
TIGER TEAM STORE
Tiger Team Store is open on the northeast side of Mizzou Arena from the time doors open for an event through the conclusion of the event. Please call 573-882-4275 with any questions.
