This week in the weight room we had a lot of personal records and everyone on the team PR'd in something, whether it was in the power clean or pull-ups, someone PR'd in something that we did. Things are looking pretty good even though we unfortunately do not have the numbers to participate in any tournaments as of this spring season. The team is really working hard to perfect the little things. With six seniors gone we were left with three hitters, five defensive specialists, and one setter, and we make do with what we have. BIG SMILES!!! AWESOME TEAM!!
