Tigers in the NFL - Week 8

As the NFL season nears it midway point, we take another look at the former Tigers in the NFL.

Danario Alexander

St. Louis Rams

Alexander did not accumulate any stats in the home victory against the Carolina Panters. For the year, the Rams rookie has five receptions for 78 yards and one touchdown.

 

Chase Daniel

New Orleans Saints

Daniel did not accumulate any stats against the Steelers on Sunday night, he continues to backup starter Drew Brees on the depth chart.

           

Justin Gage

Tennessee Titans

Gage remained sidelined for a fourth-straight game in the road loss against the Chargers on Sunday.

 

Ziggy Hood

Pittsburgh Steelers

Hood started for Pittsburgh in the Sunday night matchup against the defending champions. He had had one tackle as the Steelers fell to the Saints 20-10.

 

Jeremy Maclin

Philadelphia Eagles

Maclin put together another nice outing, although the Eagles fell to the Titans on the road 37-19. He continues to establish himself as an strong NFL receiver, as he caught five passes for the third-straight game. Maclin had 42 yards receiving, and also added a 14-yard run.

 

William Moore

Atlanta Falcons

Moore continues to put up numbers for the Atlanta Falcons. On Sunday, he racked up five tackles in a 39-32 win over the Bengals. On the year, Moore has a total of 26 tackles and three interceptions.

 

Justin Smith

San Francisco 49ers

Smith had another outstanding performance on Sunday in a 24-16 win over the Denver Broncos. He ended the day with four tackles and two sacks. On the year, Smith has 36 tackles and four sacks. Sunday was also Smith's second dual-sack game of the season.

 

Brad Smith

New York Jets

Brad Smith rushed three times for 12 yards Sunday as the Jets were handed a 9-0 loss by the Packers. On the year, Smith has run the ball 16 times for 113 yards, that's an average of 7.1 yards per carry. He also has an 11-yard reception on the season.

 

Sean Weatherspoon

Atlanta Falcons

Weatherspoon did not play last weekend for the Falcons. On the year, he has 29 tackles, 25 of which are solo stops, and one sack.
