While Mizzou fans continued to savor Saturday night's momentous win over Oklahoma, many former Tigers made key contributions Sunday in the professional ranks. Here's a glance at the Mizzou alumni who played this week in the NFL.
Danario Alexander, WR
St. Louis Rams
In his second NFL game, the Rams' rookie wideout caught one pass for six yards in St. Louis' heartbreaking 18-17 loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. For the year, Alexander has five receptions for 78 yards and one touchdown.
Chase Daniel, QB
New Orleans Saints
The former Heisman Trophy finalist currently backs up starter Drew Brees for the defending Super Bowl champions. Daniel has seen action this season on special teams, holding for one of New Orleans' field goal attempts.
Justin Gage, WR
Gage was sidelined for the third-consecutive week with a hamstring injury. He has appeared in four games in 2010, catching nine passes for 143 yards.
Ziggy Hood, DE
Hood had one solo tackle Sunday in the Steelers' one-point road win over the Miami Dolphins. He has two stops in his second season in the NFL.
Jeremy Maclin, WR
Maclin hauled in five Kevin Kolb passes Sunday in the Eagles 37-19 loss to the Titans, gaining 42 yards. He also had one rushing attempt for 14 yards. On the season, Maclin has 30 catches for 458 yards and six touchdowns, along with two carries for 25 yards.
William Moore, S
Moore had five tackles, including four solo stops, as Atlanta defeated the Cincinnati Bengals 39-32. In 2010, Moore has 26 tackles, three interceptions and a forced fumble.
Brad Smith, WR
New York Jets
The former Mizzou QB and his Jets teammates had a bye this week. For the year, Smith has played in four games, posting 13 kickoff returns for 419 yards, eight carries for 79 yards and one catch for 11 yards.
Justin Smith, DE
San Francisco 49ers
Smith made eight tackles during San Francisco's 23-20 loss to the Carolina Panthers on Sunday, including five solo stops and one tackle for loss. Smith has 32 tackles on the season.
Sean Weatherspoon, LB
For the second consecutive week, the Falcons rested Weatherspoon to help him recover from a knee injury. For the year, 'Spoon has totaled 29 tackles, including one sack.
